Your Account

User profiles contain information like your name, mobile number, email, and roles.

How do I view and edit my profile?

You can access your profile from any page by clicking on the circular icon located at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen (this icon will contain the first letter of your first name) - then select My Account from the drop-down menu. From the profile page, you can edit and update your user information. Click on the floppy disk icon to save your changes.

How can I receive notifications for critical events?

The account page allows you to receive notifications about critical events via three channels: Email, SMS, and Push. You must have at least one of these channels activated.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, access your profile page and click on the 'Change Password' button.

What if I forget my password?

  1. If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link located on the login page.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and the last four digits of your phone number to receive password reset instructions.

    1. For US and EU datacenter: Select SMS verification or security questions method. Type in your new password, SMS code or security question answers and then click Reset Password.

    2. Password reset for JP datacenter: Type in your new password, security question answers and then click Reset Password.

What is a 'User Role'?

A User Role is a bundle of permissions that have been granted to you. It will determine what you have access to within this Organization Account. For instance, an "admin" role would allow you to create or remove users, whereas a "billing" role may only allow you to view billing and invoicing information.
